I think the Christian publishing industry is really doing some wierd things these days... especially with this new Calvinist Romance Novel soon to be published. The caption reads... "Baby, your name must be Grace, because you're irresistible."

I read this book and one line was, “those tulip’s of yours are magnificent.”

Obviously, this is a totally depraved sell-out to the world…

Ouch, that’s way to close to the “God told me we’re going to get married” pick up line!

Nothing captured better the essence of his love than the exquisitely packaged dozen long-stem tulips.

Other lines in the book:
“You just think I love you, but really, I really want you to go to hell!”
“Grace states her subtle fear that the Arminians are really right.”
“Grace finds her self-concept to be faulty once she found out that she was not irresistible at all!”
“Joe’s buddy Calvin, a convincing logician, convinces him that his way is the way, the truth, and the life.”
“Joe burns eternally in hell for placing his faith in Calvin instead of the true center of all salvation, Jesus Christ.”
“Joe is crushed when he discovers that Grace was not what he thought she was at all.”
“Joe struggles with the fact that the only thing that is limited, is his intellect!”
“As they gathered by the seashore, Joe, Grace, and Calvin pondered how they could Persevere in the faith, while never being Saints.”
“After their marriage, Joe and Grace mourned that their son, Wesley, was so rebellious and didn’t think that they knew anything.”
“Calvins sits in the back seat laughing as Grace panics; Joe accuses her of not trusting Calvin as he closes his eyes and lets go of the wheel on a swervey mountain pass.”
“When Calvin murders a man for not agreeing with him, he vindicates his action claiming to have mystically imputed that murder to Jesus Christ, therefore he must be treated as if he were innocent.”
