I've been gone for a few days (on a little anniversary jaunt to NYC with my beautiful wife), and I know this video has been posted on some other blogs... but it you haven't seen it, you just have to watch it this morning. I decided to make Friday a day early this week. I hope you enjoy...

How often do we actually seem like that to people, though.
Hoo boy that was painfully funny.

And the outfits! I think I’ve actually worn one like those (looooong ago!)

Joel, thanks for the heads-up on the “Zap.”
It almost got me! I love the techno-box bass and the back up dude with the feathered hair…I’m having some scary flash backs to my younger days!

I wonder if my old church’s worship team knows their video is out here. This could make them famous. Seriously - except for the outfits and the feathered hair - this could be them!

Wouldn’t it be neat to hear different versions of that song? I can seriously hear a reggae version of it. ...What’dya think? Think we should challenge musicians for a variety of arrrangements?
We would be shocked to hear what some of the most popular songs sounded like when they were first conceived..

Oh boy - visions of my air-guitar days flashed before my eyes as I watched this. (okay, I still do air-guitar, but I keep my office closed when I do…)
I’ve gotta seriously wonder if this was a band making kids music. I just sounded to cheesy for adult-type music.

I think that group is going to become experts at “turning the other cheek.”

I think they’d be a great back up band for the dancers posted previously! Somebody would buy their records (notice I didn’t say CD)....

I have community News and I want to write and report. Also, I’m interested in editorial. Lakeland and the homeless people is my subject. Thank you.
