    Perry’s a Dad!
The news travelled quickly yesterday… Contrats to Perry and Lucretia Noble on the birth of their first daughter, Charisse.

How exactly is “Social Networking” affecting the church?
Leadership Network just released a new concept paper on this subject yesterday here at the BUZZ conference.  Social Bookmarking is a new frontier and, true to form, churches are beginning to extend their reach into these new worlds for God’s kingdom. Churches are seizing opportunities for online social networking in a wide variety of ways from blogging to the use of popular websites, both religious and non-religious.  You can download this new resource for free here.  (You may have to register, which is also free, if this is your first time downloading anything at LN… but after that, you’ll have full access to a ton of free research, concept papers, podcasts, and more!)

    A Church Planter Gets Coached...
Don’t want to sound like a Leadership Network commercial today (and in full disclosure, I do work for Leadership Network), but they’ve also released a free podcast today on Church Planting.  This newest free podcast which features the story of one church planter and the difference that his coach/mentor made in his new church ministry.  The podcast is entitled:  “The Church Planter Gets Coached,” featuring Gary Rohmyer, the Director of Church Planting of the Midwest Baptist Conference and Darryn Scheske, Senior Pastor of the Heartland Church in Indianapolis, Indiana.  What a great testimony about the importance of having a coach/mentor for every church planter.  Please pass this on to churches that are starting churches and to church planters.  Great Story!  You can download it here.

By the way, it is a great privilege I have to work with LN… they are constantly putting out great resources and helping churches behind the scenes to multiply their Kingdom impact.  I’m very humbled.

Well, that’s it for today… I’m headed off to the Buzz Conference for the official Day 1.  I’ll report back tomorrow.

    Have a great day!

    Todd

More on the Buzz Conference and a research paper that was release here yesterday; Perry becomes a daddy; and how a church planter gets coached... just some of the things in today's buzz...

Does “Father Perry” work for LN? Then, you would definitely sound “like a Leadership Network commercial today”...... lol

Congrats to Perry and his wife Lucretia on a gorgeous baby girl. I look forward to continuing to hear how “fatherhood” affects him. Continuing? Yes, continuing…. Have you READ his blog lately? http://www.mondaymorninginsight.com/images/smileys/wink.gif

That’s a good buzz you got going there today. I’m just sayin’…

Zuckerberg can anticipate what he brand but what I wish is not added or beneath aloofness per se, but the adeptness to baddest my aloofness settings, to apperceive who is examination my blog 642-105, and to apperceive what the aloofness settings are on added posts that I animadversion on. I like getting able to column something’s about but aswell accumulate added posts abandoned to alone my ancestors or friends. Facebook’s latest options are still but a dim adumbration of the accomplished aloofness controls that Multiply.com has. Did you apperceive that on Facebook, if anyone adds a tag to a photo of yours, even if you accept that anthology set to contacts only, the being that is tagged and all of their contacts now accept admission to your photo DESPITE the actuality that you set aloofness controls on it that didn’t acquiesce for that. That’s idiotic 642-145. As humans alpha to apprehend that Facebook’s aloofness isn’t absolutely actual private, I anticipate they’re either traveling to adjudge they accept no best but to betrayal themselves 642-164 or they’re traveling to attending abroad for sites that yield aloofness added actively than Facebook does.
