Crystal Cathedral Selling On-Campus Office Building for $34 Million

The Crystal Cathedral is trying to raise some cash by selling off one of its on-campus buildings. The five story office building is being offered on the market for $34 million.
According to an article in the Orange County Business Journal, the Crystal Cathedral has used sales of real estate it owns to meet its financial goals the last few years. In 2005, it sold one property for $12.2 million. The ministry is also currently negotiating the sale of 60 acres of prime real estate of the I-5 freeway....

Outstanding idea, not only for gas, but for everything. Another idea would be, but you wouldn’t see the gas companies doing it, would be a cash discount for cash, they make money off of the credit cards that are issued and aren’t paid at the end of the month.
