4. In the past seven days, have I received recognition or praise for doing good work?

6. Is there someone at work who encourages my development?
7. At work, do my opinions seem to count?
8. Does the mission or purpose of my company make me feel that my job is important?

Yep, almost every Wednesday at our Men’s Bible Study… weekly by our church chairman… and pretty regularly by MOST of the leaders in the church…

I have felt positive support and appreciation for the 20 years i have pastored this church. That’s probably the key factor to being here this long, goodness knows it hasn’t been for the weather.
