I understand that SxSW is supposed to be a secular forum for bringing about technologies and such for everyone, but there is something that alarms me to hear someone representing a church talking about target markets, consumers, and using business jargon to describe how they interact with their flock.

It is difficult to say such video is good or bad, just like we cannot say brees jersey is good or not.
