    This gets funnier every time I hear it!  So i guess he’s sayin that if a man’s hair is a little below his ears then he’s rebellious, but someone who has a mohawk in the middle of his head that’s painted green isn’t.  I’m a Bible-believing fundamentalist myself, but that is going a little overboard.
