So… what measurable basic expectations do you have for your church? How high do you set your bar? And how do you hold yourself accountable?

Community Christian Church in Naperville, IL has seen tremendous growth over the years. Dave Ferguson and the crew at CCC have used both Multi-site Ministry and Church Planting to grow their "New Thing Network" of Churches and see literally hundreds of people accept Christ. Last week on his blog, Dave shared some of the expectations that they have for their new campuses. Check this out!
--15% growth in attendance
--10% of your attendance in baptisms
--75% of your adults/students in small groups
Those are just three of the expectations; and as Dave says, "These are not all the expectations and we certainly are counting on each campus pastor to go beyond the basics". Guess what... by setting the bar high, campuses at CCC are seeing great growth and impact for the Kingdom!

TODD!
I like the bolded question at the end of your blog! I’m not a pastor so I don’t have an answer. I love the 75% of people in small groups - I think that’s really hard to achieve, but I think it’s AWESOME!
