What is meant by “Surrounding myself with the right people”? Are these people who share your view? Or, are these people who need THE WORD? Or, are these people the ones God leads you to?

As a leader, and coming out of the marketplace myself, I think the key is when he says “they are sold out to the vision of this church.” And yes, God leads you to these people. If they are not sold out for the vision of the church (in our case to reach people and see lives changed by Jesus), then you don’t want to surround yourself with them in leadership circles, do you…
