Inspirational to many, I’m sure. Sounds like a very positive step for Scott. I would encourage him to work toward the next step, so that he is able to hear God, and feel the empowering of His Spirit, throughout the day, not just at specific times.

Putting God first and focusing on Him alone? That’s good for any Christian, not just leaders.
Using Lectio Divina as a means of, “hearing God’s voice?” Not so good for any Christian. God’s voice is in His Word, and we don’t have to have some sort of gnostic experience to get what God is saying.
