Tony Morgan just came out with a new top ten list... this one's good... 10 Signs You're Not Ready for Change. (And Tony should know what it takes to make changes; as he's soon leaving Granger for a new gig helping out Perry Noble at NewSpring. Read and absorb some of Tony's wisdom here...
1. You see other organizations as the competition instead of the idea incubators.
2. You’re trying to avoid criticism that comes when you fail...and when you succeed.
3. You’re afraid of the culture.
4. Your life is fast and cluttered and there’s no space to dream.
5. You value getting it right over getting started.
Tony’s got five more… but you’ll need to fly over to HIS blog to read the last five. (They’re good!). Go here to keep reading...

I'm a chronic workaholic, love to connect leaders with other leaders, and would consider myself somewhat of a 'maven'. Hopefully you'll find something here at MMI you'll like and will return often. If you want, you can find out more about me or follow my every step.
